August Club

 Sorry for the delay of the post from this months club, I forgot that the first 2 weeks are so chaotic and then I had it all ready to post yesterday after 3days of working on it and somehow I deleted the ENTIRE post and for whatever reason it wasn't saved. So here i am once again posting the great ideas for this months club.

A few things before the fun stuff.

This month's U.F.O.'s went home with Sidney and Brandi. Hope you ladies are working on your projects, can't wait to see them.

Ok now on to Jan's Projects

 Look at this fun pillowcase mattress she made. She used pillows  and pillowcases from Ikea and embroidered cute jungle animals on each one. She included a tutorial in the email or HERE is a tutorial.
 
 What a fun shirt for the kids for school. The design is from Lynnie Pinnie and is currently on sale
 This design is so cute. It is from Urban Threads but I found it on Etsy for cheaper.

 The green frame is from the dollar store and the idea came from the title of a blog Once a mom always a cook

 What a great idea using the shelf liner as a bookmark. The cute book worm is also from Urban Threads.
 Jan made this towel for a friend that is a snake lover and catches snakes. I am not sure how ANYONE could be a snake lover but if you do here is a cute gift idea.
 She found the idea for this fish counting game at New Found Applique and made her own.

This is no ordinary monster, this is a pajama eating monster and oh so cute. If you want to make one too head over to Sew Fearless for a tutorial and downloadable pattern.

Terrie shared some fun projects with us this month as well
Terrie made this darling lunch bag using the inside of a dollar store bag she bought and took apart and this tutorial HERETerrie's lunch bag dimensions were 10x7.5 for the front panel, 13x7.5 for the back panel and 27.5x4 for the side gusset.
 I love the fabric on this kindle holder she made. The tutorial can be found at Made by Marzipan you could make this for any device by measuring your device.
It even stands up. 
Are you wondering what this is? Susan from the cotton shop, made this travel jewlry case.
Look how cute it is with all the fun jewelry inside.

 Niva had the U.F.O. last month and this is the project she finished it is a cute casserole carrier. The tutorial is from Embroidery Library

 And a bag to carry plates and silverware that matched the casserole carrier.
She also made her shirt, it says, It's not about age, it's about attitude. The design is from Urban Threads, you can buy it HERE
I love this cute pillow,Carol, made. I tell my kids "you wake her, you take her" ALL the time at my house
 Vivian made a cute minky blanket for her granddaughter.

 Alice embroidered an apron for someone for United Methodist Women (I think that is what it stands for)
 She also is making blocks for a quilt
 Shelley W, digitized this fun monster and put it on a towel.
 She also digitized this design...Diaper loading, please wait. Makes me laugh how about you?
Sharilann made this fun set is with a matching bag and towel for a birthday gift for her daughter's friend.
 She also made this set of his and hers towels. I love the colors she chose.
 Artel made these cute American girl doll clothes, and embroidered on the t-shirt.
 She also made a princess dress and a jumper.

Kathi made a zebra bag that she has been working on ALL summer and being the GREATEST daughter that I am completely forgot to take a picture of it. I will work on getting one and adding it. The design is from A stitch a half if you want to see/buy it before I can get a picture on here.
