More Mothers Day ideas

It is less than a week until  Mother's day...do you know what you are giving your mom yet? Don't worry Jan has been busy working on more ideas to help you make a special little something for the mom or moms in your life.

Mothers day ideas

Mother's day is just around the corner and will be here before you know it. Here are some cute gift ideas for those mom's in your life.

 How about a cute pin cushion that says Home is where mom is.

The idea came from this site here but Jan made it into a 5x7 applique.

How about this cute corset gift bag from Purple Hat Jan has stitched this out in jumbo size and thinks that the 5x7 would be a better size

No it's a grocery bag holder.  This design is from embroodles.com but I am unable to open up the site so I did not include the link.

What about making a few of these cute grocery bag holders with the simple tutorial from Make it and Love it

Here is another one but with the word reuse embroidered on it.

 Mary Poppins - Jan saw this on the Internet, & thought it had a great sentiment and would be cute on a kitchen towel, a tote or a T-shirt. Mary Poppins and umbrella can be stitched out all in black as a silhouette.
